The Employees register keeps current headcount, job titles and reporting lines in one place. Set who reports to whom and Assura draws the organisation chart for you — no separate diagram to keep in sync by hand — exportable as a PNG whenever you need it for a review or an audit.
Every recurring check, laid out on one calendar
Fire alarms, lift maintenance, gas boiler inspections and every other recurring facility requirement, tracked on a rolling monthly schedule per site. A completed check is dated and logged, a due one is flagged ahead of time, and an overdue one is impossible to miss.
Residual risk, plotted where your controls actually put it
Every risk and opportunity is scored for impact and probability, then reduced by however strong its controls are. The heat map's cell position and colour both move with that Residual Risk score — not just the raw, uncontrolled rating — so the strongest-controlled risks visibly sit closer to the safe end of the grid, alongside a radar view tracking residual risk against target.
Significant aspects, surfaced automatically
A full Activity → Aspect → Impact register scored for Severity × Likelihood, the same evaluation an ISO 14001 auditor will ask to see. Aspects above the significance threshold rank and plot themselves — fuel consumption, commuting, waste, noise — rather than being judged by eye off a spreadsheet.

Whatever a KPI measures — a monthly incident count, a headcount, anything else worth watching — Assura plots it against its target and tolerance every month, so a miss is obvious the moment it happens rather than buried in a spreadsheet column.
A skills matrix that shows who's covered — and who isn't
One row per employee, one column per course, colour-coded by status — green for valid, amber for expiring soon, red for expired, a plain dash for a course they haven't done. Click any cell to log or renew that course on the spot; the matrix always shows whichever record has the furthest-out expiry date, so it never points at a stale renewal by mistake.
Every contractor's certifications, at a glance
CHAS, Construction Line, insurance, ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001, Safe Contractor — whichever certifications matter to your business, tracked per contractor and colour-coded the same way as everywhere else in the system: valid, expiring within 30 days, expired, or not held.
