LICENSING STRUCTURE

A licensing structure built around how you actually grow

Standard tiers for a single business, separate packages for consultancies managing several clients, and bolt-on modules you can add where they're needed. This page sets out the structure — for current rates, speak to whoever manages your Assura account.

FOR A SINGLE BUSINESS

Standard tiers

Six levels in total — Lite, Standard, and four Enterprise levels — each raising how much room the account has to grow into, not which modules are available.

Lite

A starting point for a single business getting its compliance records onto one system for the first time — the core modules, sized for a smaller operation.

Standard

Room to run more locations and more people through the same account as a business grows, with the same modules Lite has access to.

Enterprise

Four Enterprise levels step up from there, each raising the locations/employees/users headroom further for larger, multi-site operations — pick the level that matches where the business is today.

Every level tracks how many locations, employees and users an account is using against its limit. Need more room than your current level allows? Capacity can be extended in blocks rather than forcing a jump to the next level up.

ADD WHERE YOU NEED THEM

Bolt-on modules

Six modules can be added on top of any standard level, so an account only pays for the deeper functionality it actually uses.

Risk Assessment

The full Risk Assessment builder, beyond the baseline Risk Register.

Management Review

Auto-generated review agendas and minutes drawn from live audit, incident and KPI data.

Toolbox Talks

Toolbox talk delivery, attendance and evaluation records.

Assets

Asset tracking with inspections, certificates and checkout history.

COSHH Assessment

The full COSHH Register and Library, on top of the core Hazard Library.

Audit Readiness

The deeper audit tooling behind the core Audits & Inspections module.

FOR CONSULTANCIES

A separate track for firms managing multiple clients

Three Consultancy levels — Founder, Lite and Standard — cover a consultancy's own account, which it can run for its own facilities alongside every client company it manages. This sits alongside the standard tiers above, not on top of them: a consultancy's clients are each licensed independently, at whichever standard level fits their own business.

BILLING

Flexible billing, built in

Monthly or annual

Every level can be billed monthly or annually — whichever suits how the business budgets.

Non-profit discount

A discount is available to registered non-profits at every level.

Invoiced, not card-billed

Subscriptions are billed by invoice, with a full invoice history kept against the account.
